Enable or Disable Proxy Using a Batch File in Windows Sometimes, you might need to quickly turn your system proxy ON or OFF, for example, when switching between a corporate network, VPN, or your home connection. Instead of navigating through Internet Options each time, you can do it instantly using a batch file. Open notepad and add the following text

Go to run command and type CMD , then command prompt will open then ☺Once at the prompt type: cd\ del *.tmp ☺Delete all temporary files found in the root directory of the C drive. ☺Next type: cd\ cd temp ☺If present or in the C:\TEMP> directory type del *.* and delete all files in the temp directory. ☺Once deleted or if the temp folder is not present type: cd\ cd windows cd temp ☺If present or in the C:\Windows\TEMP> directory type del *.* and delete all files in the C: windows temp directory.

This works for 32bit OS only, to execute masm programs in windows 7, all you've to do is go to c drive > click on windows > then system i.e C:windows:system32 and paste the following files.Then follow the usual procedure to execute Alternate method is, place this masm folder in c drive, then open command prompt by typing cmd in run command, then type  cd/masm, then follow the normal execution procedure.
