Google Webmaster has hosts of tools that help you optimize your website and help you in identifying and fixing any errors that is preventing your website from appearing in the google search index or is taking too much time to load.

Search console : To check the crawl requests that google is making to your website.
URL Inspection : To check if the URL is indexed in Google or not. If the URL is indexed, it will appear in the google search results. Let's check an URL of our blog by pasting in the Inspect any URL field.
As seen above, the said URL is not on google, which means, the URL won't appear in the Google search results. If you want it to appear in the search results, click on "Request Indexing" option.
Adding sitemap : Sitemap contains the list of URLs' of a website that are available for crawling for a search engine.
Many tools are available online to generate a sitemap for a website. Once the sitemap is generated, paste the URL in the field as shown below and click on submit.
